It all started at an event.

We were searching for new career paths, for business ideas, for inspiration. And like many others, we found ourselves at career and networking events full of potential… but also full of inefficiencies. Endless paper forms, printed job boards, and chaotic processes made us realize something fundamental: some of the most important events for human connection were still stuck in an analog past.

As we visited more and more events, one thing became clear: organizers were overwhelmed, exhibitors struggled to stand out, and participants. Especially international talents often felt lost. Information was fragmented, mostly available in one language, and real opportunities were easily missed.

That’s when the idea for FairUp was born.

We envisioned a smarter, more connected event experience. A platform where organization, communication, and participation come together seamlessly. A tool that makes events more efficient for hosts, more powerful for partners, and more accessible for everyone attending. What began with career events has grown into something bigger:
